লক্ষ্য

We are hiring a Business Analytics specialist at Level 31 for Srutolipi, in collaboration with Baishnab Media LLC (United States). You analyse business data, build reports, and explain what the numbers mean for decisions. You will work with the team on metrics, reporting and the questions that shape our plans.

আপনার কাজ

Collect and clean business data from our systems and spreadsheets
Analyse trends in sales, usage and service metrics
Build reports and dashboards for the team
Turn analysis into clear, practical recommendations
Document the definition, source and assumptions behind every metric
Respond to review comments and close them within the agreed time

আবশ্যক যোগ্যতা

Strong skills in spreadsheets and basic statistics
Comfort with SQL or a similar query language
Ability to explain findings to non-technical colleagues in English
Careful, honest handling of incomplete or messy data
Able to meet agreed hours on a contract

থাকলে ভালো

Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Metabase
Basic Python or R for analysis
Experience with web hosting or subscription business metrics
Exposure to Bengali-language survey or market data
