The mission
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist at Level 31 for Srutolipi, in collaboration with Baishnab Media LLC (United States). You help plan and run brand and digital campaigns, research the market and audience, and measure what works. You will work from briefs and report results clearly.
What you will do
- Plan and run digital campaigns across search, social and email
- Research the market, the audience and competitors
- Write campaign briefs for content and design work
- Track campaign results and report them clearly
- Keep the brand used consistently across channels
- Respond to review comments and close them within the agreed time
Must-haves
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and basic analytics
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong written English; Bengali is a strong plus
- Ability to work from a brief and meet dates
- Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting
- Able to meet agreed hours on a contract
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with search engine optimisation or paid search
- Experience running social media accounts for a business
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Experience in the technology or hosting market
